At Clinkcart.com, we value our customers and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Below are our refund guidelines:
When Refunds Apply
- If a paid order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, product issues, or if one or more items from a multi-product order are out of stock with no immediate restock possibility, a full refund will be issued.
- In case of product returns, the product must first be evaluated to confirm it is in resellable condition. Only after this evaluation will a refund decision be made.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase:

- Rocket
- Nagad
- Dutch-Bangla Bank
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be completed within 72 hours from the date of the refund request, using the original payment method.
- No additional charges will apply if a product is unavailable or returned before dispatch. You will receive the exact amount paid.
- However, if a product has already been handed over to the courier or delivered, and you request a refund (outside of exchange or warranty cases):
- A courier and processing fee will apply:
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 120 per order
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 240 per order
- Plus applicable payment settlement fees (if any).
- The remaining balance will then be refunded.

Refund Charges
Discounts and Offers – Refund Conditions
- If your order was placed using a discount, cashback, or promotional offer, the refunded amount will exclude the discount or cashback.
- Example:
- If you purchased a BDT 1000 product at a discounted price of BDT 900, your refund will be BDT 900 only.
- If you paid BDT 1000 but received a cashback, the cashback portion will not be refunded.
