How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on your location. For remote areas, it may take slightly longer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your order on our courier partner’s website (Pathao or Steedfast Courier).

What if my order is delayed?

While we try to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact our support team for assistance.

How do I place an order on Clinkcart.com?

Simply browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details and complete the payment to confirm your order.

What payment methods are available?

We accept bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank payments.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices displayed on Clinkcart.com include VAT and applicable taxes.

Can I cancel an order after payment?

Yes, you can cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible, but you may request a return after receiving the product.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a return or replacement as per our Return Policy.

Do you provide warranty on products?

Warranty is applicable only on selected products where mentioned in the product description. Please check individual product details for warranty coverage.

Can I exchange a product after purchase?

Yes, exchanges are possible if the product is defective or not as described. For exchanges due to personal preference (size, color, etc.), courier charges may apply.

Refund

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 72 hours of approving the refund request, using the same payment method you used during purchase.

Will I be charged for a refund?

No charges apply if the refund is due to product unavailability or a product issue before dispatch. If the product has already been shipped or delivered, a courier and processing fee will be deducted (BDT 120 inside Dhaka, BDT 240 outside Dhaka, plus settlement fees if applicable).

What happens to discounts or cashback in case of a refund?

Discounts and cashback amounts are non-refundable. Only the amount you actually paid will be refunded. For example, if you purchased a BDT 1000 item for BDT 900 under a discount, you will receive BDT 900 as a refund.
